Doris I. Jackson (nee Gardner) age 80, of the Philadelphia Protestant Home died on June 14, 2010. She was the devoted wife of the late C. Robert Jackson. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Robert F. and Mindy Jackson and Linda A. and Rev. Alfred T. Day and by three grandchildren. Her memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 19, 2010, Baron Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, where relatives and friends will be received from 10:30 until the time of the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 5900 N. 5th Street, Phila., PA 19120.
